House Call Meditations
You lead a busy life and need us to come to you. We will either come to your home for a group or one-to-one meditation practice. Friends, family are welcome to join these sessions. We will start with a few basic yoga movement prior to starting the meditation to ensure we connect body and mind.
Or if you prefer, we will call you in the morning and/or evening to have a mediation session with you. It is your transformation journey so design it the way that works for you. We look forward hearing from you...
Group Meditation
